Together, we have launched a capital raise for our initial investment vehicle that will capitalize our first two Active Adult projects, with the inaugural community scheduled to break ground in May 2026. Our partnership is building a robust pipeline of projects, and we anticipate launching our next capital raise in the second half of 2026.
